Which one would you choose?

You walked into an antique shop. You saw two clocks whose designs were fantastic. However, you only had enough money to buy one of the clocks. Both clocks were a bit spoilt. The first clock (A) showed the correct time only two times every day, while the second clock (B) never showed correct time in the past 10 years. Nevertheless, you were still bent on buying either one of the clocks.
